Refunds and right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying at a distance you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase.

14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the payment date by contacting us. No reason is required.
Unused credits
Unused credits are refunded in full within the 14-day period. The refund is returned to the payment method you used, normally within 5 business days of approval.
Used credits
Credits already spent are not refunded. At checkout you actively consent to delivery starting immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses for digital content that has already been delivered. If part of the pack is unused, that part is refunded proportionally.
How to request a refund
Email hello@q-analytics.dk from the address on your account with the order or receipt number. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete approved refunds within 5 business days.
