Privacy policy
This policy explains how we process personal data when you use aiwritercheck.com.
Last updated: 2026-08-27
Data we process
Account data (email address and, for Google sign-in, your name and profile picture), the text you paste or upload for analysis together with the generated report, credit balance and transaction history, payment data handled by Stripe (we receive only a customer ID, the amount and the status — never full card details), and technical log data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps.
Purposes
We use the data to provide the analysis and humanization features, to maintain your account and credit balance, to process payments and issue receipts, to prevent abuse and to comply with bookkeeping law.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) for the service and purchases, legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)) for accounting records, and legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) for security, abuse prevention and aggregated usage statistics.
Retention
Analyzed text and reports are stored while your account exists and are deleted when you delete the analysis or your account. Accounting data is kept for 5 years plus the current financial year as required by Danish bookkeeping law. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Processors
We use Supabase (database, authentication and hosting of your account data), Stripe (payments) and the Lovable AI gateway, which forwards the text to the language model that generates the analysis. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
Transfers to third countries
Some processors operate outside the EU/EEA, primarily in the United States. Such transfers take place under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your text is not used for training
The text you submit is used solely to produce your analysis or rewrite. It is not used to train third-party AI models, and it is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to hello@q-analytics.dk to exercise your rights. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby).
