Seller
The seller is Q-ANALYTICS ApS, CVR 42163627, Allerød Stationsvej 4, 3450 Allerød, hello@q-analytics.dk.
What you buy
The product is digital credits used inside the service. One analysis costs 1 credit and one humanization costs 2 credits. Credits do not expire and are tied to your account. Credits cannot be transferred or resold.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown including VAT. The final amount, currency and any local taxes are shown in checkout before you confirm the purchase. A receipt is sent by email after payment.
Delivery
Credits are delivered immediately after the payment is completed and are normally visible in your account within a few seconds. If the balance is not updated within 30 minutes, contact us and we will fix it.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by Stripe. The available methods are shown in checkout and typically include cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and local methods such as MobilePay, iDEAL, Bancontact and BLIK depending on your country. We never see or store your full card number.
Governing law and language
The agreement is concluded in Danish and is governed by Danish law. Consumers may complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg) or via the EU ODR platform.
